Error : Quantity/Amount exceeded 

Click on 'Create Sales Order' button from the orders tab 

You will be redirected to Sales Orders screen  

Edit details such as quantity, amount, remarks, and cash reimbursement(if any) 

If quantity edited to more then ordered quantity 

Shows error qty. exceeded

View 'Change Qty/Amt' button 

Click on 'Change Qty/Amt' button to clear error
